This is one of those games that only Mappy lovers will understand the attraction (You know who you are!). I have very fond memories of this game at my local arcade in the early 80's. One of my clearer memories of this game is actually not playing the game but hearing the music from the store across the street on warm summer days when the front doors were open. The music is great and enhances the game play. It also makes you hum the bonus round music hours after your done playing...
This is one of the only games with an overly large marquee. It only adds to the uniqueness of this game.
Another great aspect of this game is the artwork on the cabinet. Scattered here and there on the sides, control panel, monitor bezel, marquee and even coming out of the coin door are miniature caricatures of the characters in the game. Just check out Mappy and the gang in these following pics. Tom & Jerry eat your heart out!
Not counting the side art and marquee there are 15 differnet characters scattered about...

The Instructions
Game play? Love it! It is very addicting and quite challenging after a few rounds.
More on game play soon...
