Another one of those games I can't explain why I love it. Lock 'n Chase is a Pac-man clone of sorts in which you are a robber being pursued by four bumbling policeman. When I play it, I think of those keystone coppers in which  they have these elaborate chase scenes where the robbers seem to get away with the booty and are being pursued by billie-clubbed 1920's dressed coppers. All I have to say is you can't catch me coppers!!!

Not a popular game in collectors circles but a very hard game to find non-the-less. Must have been a heavily converted game because only a handful exist in dedicated form today.

This game needs to have the bottom rebuilt as it sits on 4 2x4's stacked 2 on top of each other as a base. For some reason these early Taito cabs have problems with the bases.

As you can see, the Lock 'n Chase is slightly shorter. I will rebuild the bottom to match the Crazy Limber. It is my long term goal to have a complete Taito collection from 1980-1983 and it will be cool to have all the first generation cabs sitting side-by-side. Games like Stratovox and Lunar Rescue will be a welcome addition addition to my long term collection...
