As I mentioned on my Mad Planets page, Gottlieb is one my favorite underdog manufacturers. They produced very few in house games with Q*Bert being their most famous by far. Much less known are games such as Krull, Reactor and this game based on a fairy bad movie, Krull.
This is a duel joystick game like Robotron, Space Dungeon, Rescue and Minefield (All favorites of mine BTW)!
The cab itself is pretty cool with two giant eyes staring at you from the above the monitor but the best aspect of this game for me are the sounds. Gottlieb had some of the best sounds effects and the sounds from this game definitely triggers some long dormant synaptic brain cells that bring me back 20 years. Very cool...
The only screen you only move and not fire on is the first screen. All other you can fire 4 shots and then you must wait till they hit an enemy, wall or go off the screen before you can fire again. Makes it more challenging than just pure rapid firing.
A few screen shots

A big thank you to Guinness (Tim from NH) for giving me a great deal on this game. Rest assured, the game went to a good home!
